Over the years, we've come across hundreds of enterprises trying to solve different business problems using telecom. As we progressed, we realized the need for a deeper understanding of how telecom worked and how that knowledge could help build a better system that can be more powerful and scalable. So, we decided to build that and here we are. Today, the focus is largely towards embracing AI across multiple functions in our solutions to make it even better. As we look forward, the thoughts are towards building a "deep telecom" company, as we call it, which can help ease the technology driven challenges in the current business telephony segment.
