Bushair is spear heading the strategy at Waybeo and committed to establish a visionary organization embedded with strong values. He is responsible for spreading the vision in the organization and to build a team committed to the mission of 100Cr INR organization in next 5 years.
A passionate entrepreneur with a zeal for marketing and strategy, he envisions products with global relevance from India. Under his leadership, Waybeo has been appreciated as one of the most promising technology companies in India. He is a speaker at reputed venues like CII, TiE, Nasscom and various educational institutes.
Bushair holds a post graduate degree in marketing from BIM Trichy. Prior to joining Waybeo, he has been working with Tata Consultancy Services. He is a mechanical engineering graduate from Kerala University

Shiv leads the marketing initiatives at Waybeo Technology Solutions. Shiv is driving the entire marketing activities for Waybeo’s ambitious product BounzD™. He is responsible to create a global online brand out of BounzD thus successfully contributing to organization mission of 100Crore INR revenue by 2016. His amazing skills and passion in sales and marketing inspires his team to deliver the best.
An entrepreneur at heart, even as a student, he was pivotal in founding Waybeo Info Solutions in 2007 along with his friends. Later on Waybeo Info Solutions was dissolved and launched as Waybeo Technology Solutions. Shiv was crucial in marketing Waybeo Info Solution’s product venture, A group messaging platform to more than 2000 customers all over India.
Shiv is an engineering graduate in Electronics and Communication from Kerala University.

As head and Technical Director of Waybeo Technology Solutions, Nithun spearheads the new research and development on BounzD. He leads a team of software professionals involved in development of BounzD as a future communication platform. His passion for technology and commitment motivates the team to come up with innovative products that successfully meet demand for communication solutions in the market.
Nithun is also the co-founder Waybeo Info Solutions which was later formed as Waybeo Technology Solutions. His entrepreneurial streak coupled with hands on technical expertise enables him to understand market trends, customer feedbacks and aptly work with marketing team to translate those into new product definition and development >

As Chief Operating Officer, Krishnan is responsible for the process implementation and standardization of product development process. Apart from these, Krishnan has an eye for detail and that makes him monitor all process with operational efficiency. He has been part of Waybeo Info solution as a project manager and played a key role in delivering Waybeo’s initial promises to customers.
Prior to joining Waybeo, he was a lecturer in faculty of engineering studies under Kerala University. His unique ability to teach and train people for a common mission drives Waybeo to deliver solutions that create values to human lives. Krishnan has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering from Kerala University. >

A physics graduate from Kerala University, was a part of Waybeo since its inception. He is one of founding member of Waybeo Info Solutions which was later on dissolved to launch Waybeo Technology Solutions. He was pivotal in ensuring a cash flow to Waybeo’s product development initiative while ensuring smooth transition from services to product based organization.
Bijoy, a designer by passion and a financier by profession, is responsible for all financial activities at Waybeo. 3 years of entrepreneurial journey as a finance controller has sharpened his experience in financial reporting, handling controllership, planning and secretarial activities.

Manu has always enjoyed working with great people and his networking skill has been instrumental in driving experts to Waybeo’s vision. He loves to be in a human network and that makes him most suitable for the challenging job of human resource activities at Waybeo. Apart from this, Manu is responsible for the business development activities of BounzD in Indian market along with the marketing team.
Manudev is one of the initial members of Waybeo Info Solutions and has played a crucial role along with Shiv Shankar in successfully selling the group messaging platform in India. Manu was responsible for the customer support activities of the platform which had more than 2000 customers all over India
